1. Who these terms are between
This website is published by Olmarova, Riegrova 14, 779 00 Olomouc, Czechia. Reading it means you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, stop reading and close the page; there is nothing here you are obliged to use.
2. Adults only
The house contains a gaming room restricted by Czech law to people aged 18 and over, and these pages describe it. The site is therefore written for adults and the home page asks you to confirm your age before you go further. Do not use the site if you are under 18, and do not confirm an age that is not yours.
3. No gambling is offered on this website
Everything described here happens in a building in Olomouc. The site itself offers no game of any kind, accepts no stake or bet, holds no account or balance, takes no deposit and processes no payment. There is no software to download, nothing to register for and no way to transfer money through these pages. If you came looking for an online product, there is none and none is planned.
4. Accuracy, and the fact that buildings change
Hours, room counts, closures and arrangements are written down as they stood on the review date and are checked when the page is reviewed. An old house is repaired, a chimney is relined, a floor is closed for a week. We do not promise that every line is correct at the moment you read it, and we recommend you telephone the desk before travelling for anything that matters to you.
5. Nothing here is an offer
The descriptions on this site are information, not an offer capable of acceptance. No contract for a room, a table or anything else is formed by reading a page or by sending the contact form. A reservation exists only once the desk has confirmed it to you directly. Prices are not published on this site.
6. Intellectual property
The text, the layout, the stylesheet, the script and every drawing on these pages belong to the hotel. The site uses no photographs or third-party images: the house front, the roof truss, the ceiling cartouche, the clock, the vaults, the counter and the courtyard are all drawn for this site in its own four colours. You may read any of it, print a page for your own use, and link to any page. You may not copy the text or the drawings onto another site, republish them, or present them as your own.
7. Links out
This site keeps almost no outbound links on purpose, and has none to any gambling organisation, scheme or helpline. Where a link ever does point away from this domain, the destination is somebody else's work: we do not control it, we do not endorse it, and we are not answerable for what it says or does.
8. Conduct on the property
Inside the house the house rules apply, and they are brief. Photo identification is checked at the door of the gaming room on every visit. Staff may refuse entry or ask a person to leave, without giving a reason, and the decision of the duty manager is final for that evening. Smoking is not permitted anywhere indoors. The courtyard is quiet from 22:00. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under Czech law.
9. Availability
The site is served as it is and as it happens to be available. It may be taken down for maintenance, moved, rebuilt or withdrawn without notice. We make no promise that it will be reachable at any particular moment or free of error, and nothing on it should be treated as advice.
10. Liability
To the extent Czech law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, including lost journeys, lost time or lost opportunity. Nothing here excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that may not lawfully be excluded. Nothing here affects the statutory rights of a consumer.
11. Governing law
These terms, and anything arising out of them, are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. The courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country of residence.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise this page. The review date at the top moves when we do, and the version you agreed to is the one that was published when you read the site.
